Day 1 – Arrival in Colombo
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to Colombo. Check in to your hotel and take some time to relax after your journey.
Later, enjoy a short city experience visiting local shops famous for Gems, Ceylon Tea, Spices, and Handicrafts. End the day with a delightful dinner at a local seafood restaurant.

Day 2 – Colombo – Sigiriya
After an early breakfast, depart for Sigiriya. En route, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe elephants up close. Continue to the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ancient cave paintings and Buddha statues.

Day 3 – Sigiriya

Later, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Sri Lanka’s most celebrated landmarks, offering breathtaking views from the summit. Return to the hotel and unwind.

Day 4 – Sigiriya – Kandy
After breakfast, drive to Kandy, stopping at a Herbal and Spice Garden along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel.

Day 5 – Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Enjoy high tea at The Grand Heritage Hotel and take a relaxing stroll around Gregory Lake before returning to your hotel.

Day 6 – Nuwara Eliya – Ella

1. Booking Confirmation
- A 70% advance payment is required to confirm and secure all bookings.
- The balance payment must be settled prior to arrival or upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- For peak periods, festive seasons, or special experiences, full payment may be required in advance.
2. Payment Methods
- We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer, Western Union, or Online Payment Link.
- Payments made via online payment link are subject to a bank/service charge.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific policy shared at the time of booking, depending on hotels, experiences, and seasonality.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable supplier costs and bank charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.
4. Amendments & Changes
- Any changes or amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for amendments, including changes in dates, hotels, activities, or number of guests.
- Last-minute changes may not be possible and could result in cancellation fees.

6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, loss of belongings, and travel delays.
- We Stay Ceylon is not responsible for costs incurred due to uninsured events.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- We Stay Ceylon acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Participation in activities is at the traveler's own risk.
8. Force Majeure
- We Stay Ceylon shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.
9. Special Requests
- Special requests (e.g., bed type, room location, dietary needs) will be passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
