Day 1 – Arrival in Colombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, enjoy a warm meet-and-greet before being transferred to Colombo. Check in to your hotel and relax after your journey, easing into the tropical rhythm of Sri Lanka.

Day 2 – Colombo – Yala

After breakfast, depart for Yala National Park, Sri Lanka’s most celebrated wildlife reserve. Check in to your luxury safari resort.

In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting guided wildlife safari, offering the chance to spot leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife. Return to your hotel and relax amidst nature.

Day 3 – Yala

Begin the day with an early morning wildlife safari, when the park is most active. Return to the hotel to relax, followed by a guided nature walk led by a resident naturalist.

Day 4 – Yala – Tangalle

1. Booking Confirmation

A 70% advance payment is required to confirm and secure all bookings.
The balance payment must be settled prior to arrival or upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.
For peak periods, festive seasons, or special experiences, full payment may be required in advance.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer, Western Union, or Online Payment Link.
Payments made via online payment link are subject to a bank/service charge.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific policy shared at the time of booking, depending on hotels, experiences, and seasonality.
Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable supplier costs and bank charges.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.

4. Amendments & Changes

Any changes or amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for amendments, including changes in dates, hotels, activities, or number of guests.
Last-minute changes may not be possible and could result in cancellation fees.

5. Rates & Availability

All prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Rates may change due to fluctuations in supplier pricing, currency exchange, or government taxes.
Once confirmed and paid, rates are guaranteed unless changes are requested by the client.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, loss of belongings, and travel delays.
We Stay Ceylon is not responsible for costs incurred due to uninsured events.

7. Responsibility & Liability

We Stay Ceylon acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participation in activities is at the traveler's own risk.

8. Force Majeure

We Stay Ceylon shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.

9. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., bed type, room location, dietary needs) will be passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
