Day 1 – Arrival in Colombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to Colombo. Check in to your luxury hotel and unwind after your journey.

Later, enjoy a relaxed visit to local boutiques and markets known for Gems, Ceylon Tea, Spices, and Handicrafts. In the evening, savour a memorable dinner at a renowned local seafood restaurant.

Day 2 – Colombo – Habarana

After an early breakfast, depart for Habarana. En route, visit the world-famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, followed by the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site adorned with ancient murals and statues.

Check in to your boutique hotel and experience authentic Sri Lankan Village Life, offering insight into local traditions and daily routines. Return to your hotel and relax.

Day 3 – Habarana

Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading to Minneriya National Park for a thrilling wildlife safari, renowned for its large elephant gatherings. Enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan lunch.

Later, drive to Sigiriya and climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Sri Lanka’s most celebrated landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to your hotel to unwind.

Day 4 – Habarana – Kandy

  • A 70% advance payment is required to confirm and secure all bookings.
  • The balance payment must be settled prior to arrival or upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • For peak periods, festive seasons, or special experiences, full payment may be required in advance.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer, Western Union, or Online Payment Link.
  • Payments made via online payment link are subject to a bank/service charge.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific policy shared at the time of booking, depending on hotels, experiences, and seasonality.
  • Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable supplier costs and bank charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.

4. Amendments & Changes

6. Travel Insurance

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • We Stay Ceylon acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Participation in activities is at the traveler's own risk.

8. Force Majeure

  • We Stay Ceylon shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions.

9. Special Requests

  • Special requests (e.g., bed type, room location, dietary needs) will be passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
